Dear conference participants,

We are pleased to present a special offer to enhance your conference experience! As the organizers of the upcoming EMEC23, we understand the importance of a smooth journey from the airport to your destination.

To make your travel arrangements easier, we are pleased to announce an opportunity for cost-effective airport transfers. Use our help in booking taxi services from Podgorica Airport to Hotel Avala in Budva at a reduced price.

These transfers can be private (max 3 persons) or shared. There will be a person waiting for you after Customs Formalities with a sign stating the conference name. You simply need to tell your name to the taxi driver, so that he can escort you to your taxi for you trip to your hotel.

In addition, we encourage you to consider the possibility of a shared transfer, which allows you to share the cost of transportation with your colleagues arriving on different flights. If you are able and want to wait for some of your colleagues who is coming a little later, we will do our best to coordinate between you and arrange group transportation.
By waiting for fellow participants, you not only foster camaraderie, but also contribute to a sustainable and economical travel solution.

The offered prices for taxi transportation are:
1-3 Passengers – 45€
4-8 Passengers – 90€

*Transfer prices are shown in EURO per vehicle in one way
*Transfer fee is paid to the driver in cash upon arrival.
*The given prices refer for a trip in one direction.

Application for return
transportation, after the end of the conference, will be made at the hotel during registration.

Participants may get an airport taxi on arrival at the airport. Service is generally very good, but at times one may have to wait and prices may vary depending on the time of arrival. The usual price of taxi transportation from Podgorica airport to Budva run from €55 to €65.
